Join experienced trainers, teachers, and dancers, Laura Donlan (@highlandwellness83) and Sandy Gribbin (@fit_for_reel), for a workshop designed just for Highland dancers! This Zoom class will focus on building and maintaining power through proper warm-up, cool-down and strength training.

✅ Self-care for dancers – Learn effective warm-up, cooldown, and maintenance techniques to keep your body in peak condition.
✅ Strength training – Develop power and endurance to enhance your technique and performance.
✅ Expert guidance – Benefit from the knowledge of trainers who understand the unique demands of Highland dance.

Dancers will be divided into two groups by age, ensuring training that’s tailored to your needs. Whether you're working toward competitions, performances, or just looking to improve your overall strength, this workshop is for you! Don't miss this opportunity to invest in your training and self-care! 💪✨

This Zoom class took place on 23 March at 4pm EDT (New York). A recording is available for 3 months after the class. FTDT members are automatically registered. Highland dancers worldwide are welcome to register for this workshop using the link below. This event is being offered for FREE with an optional donation.​

Fling Together classes are offered via "pay what you can" donation starting at $10. With your donation you can attend the live class and you will receive the recording of the class. Class recordings will be available for 3 months. Donations help us offset the costs of the class and directly benefit our non-profit initiatives.
